Smaller items ship via trusted parcel carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Processing Times
Most in-stock items ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Preorder and made-to-order items may require additional lead times.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed using protective materials designed to preserve the texture, finish, and integrity of each piece during transit.

Shipping Exclusions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only and are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
We are also unable to ship to P.O., APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Parcel Deliveries
Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery timing will vary based on your location and the items included in your order. Please note that processing and shipping estimates do not include manufacturing lead times for made-to-order products.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.
Select items may qualify for expedited 2-day shipping for an additional charge. Orders placed before 11AM PST Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) will typically process the same business day. Orders placed after 11AM PST will process the following business day.
Returns
We hope you love your Everloom pieces. Eligible return or replacement requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
To begin a return request, please contact our team with your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In the unlikely event of transit damage or manufacturing defect, we will gladly cover replacement shipping costs.
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team before shipping items back. Returns sent without prior approval may incur additional shipping fees.
Return Eligibility
Final sale and made-to-order items are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be in unused condition and shipped back in their original packaging or packaging of equivalent protection.
Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement or return consideration.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after processing.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any gift card or store credit applied toward a purchase will be refunded as store credit before any remaining balance is returned to the original payment method.
